These trips are designed to travel to a new country or region we have never been to before! These adventures are not for the faint hearted as these experiences are each unique, unguided, authentic, and designed to push our travelers outside of their comfort zones. These trips are generally comprised of a small group of experienced Globalized Citizen Travelers who seek to explore new destinations and expand their international education by diving deeper into local customs, religion, and ways of life.
Exploratory Adventures are not for everyone. These trips can sometimes include basic accommodations, simple meals, untrained staff, and unpredictable itineraries. You have to be in it for the adventure, otherwise you’re best off on a structured tour. It is common for these experiences to travel to undeveloped nations were common amenities such as internet, hot water, and air condition are not readily available. If you can deal with minor discomforts with a smile, then these adventures can open up the whole world to you!
